Whatley, Weston & Fox, Solicitors in Worcester
The firm was originally established in Malvern, and opened a Worcester Office in 1926, the year Charles Whatley was appointed Under-Sheriff for the County of Worcestershire.
It has historically had a large private client base, and developed over the years as a full service legal practice in Worcester.
Our firm has a modern approach and we do all we can to retain our original core values – to be accessible and deliver a personal and friendly service to our clients.
We get to know our clients, whether they are in Worcester or elsewhere - and they stay with us for the long term. This is possible through the commitment of our people to delivering a quality service, and we are fortunate to have developed valuable relationships with so many of our clients.
For individuals we provide advice in the areas of Residential Property, Employment Law, Family Law, Private Disputes, Wills & Probate and European Law. We recognise there is often overlap between these areas, and try to be as seamless as possible.
For businesses we assist with Commercial Law advice, Insolvency matters, Resolving Disputes, Commercial Property transactions, Employment Law and Intellectual Property advice. We offer the expertise of the large Birmingham and London firms, with the flexibility and accessibility of a niche practice.
