Brand Management. We start by understanding the business as a whole and the market in which it operates. Acquiring this knowledge means we can advise on which proprietary elements need protecting. Brand Protection. We facilitate protection of the brand in the UK, across the EU and internationally. We work closely with trademark attorneys to develop the right strategy for your business, advising which elements of your brand need protection. We also deal with infringement of intellectual property rights, and work with barristers with long term experience in this area.
Brand Expansion. We assist brands to develop their international expansion strategies. This includes working with clients to devise a market roll-out strategy and looking at which route to registration will be most beneficial for the business. In addition to our relationship with trademark attorneys, we also work with international domain name specialists.
