Robin Humphreys, Partner

Robin Humphreys qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and became a Partner with the firm in 2010.

Robin gained a wealth of experience from practice in London, Hong Kong, Birmingham and Worcestershire before joining Whatley Weston & Fox in 2010. He is a Deputy District Judge, and past President of Worcestershire Law Society. Robin deals with a broad range of commercial and civil disputes ranging from insurance, insolvency, professional negligence, contract, property and employment issues. A strong advocate, he brings judgment and experience to bear in representing a client’s best interests in seeking to avoid or resolve disputes whether through the Courts or mediation in a cost-effective way.

Beata Nowakowska-Mrozek, Associate

Beata qualified in 2014 and joined the firm in 2011. She deals with employment, civil litigation and family matters that are out of jurisdiction as well as general family law matters.

Beata speaks fluent Polish and frequently assists clients in their meetings with Partners in other departments by acting as a translator. She finds that it can reassure clients enormously to be able to communicate and receive the legal advice they need in their native language.

Liz Watt, Solicitor

Liz joined the firm in 2014.
Liz started as a legal assistant within the litigation and employment department. She is the first point of contact for new litigation and employment matters and deals directly with clients and their case files.

She is now a solicitor, continuing to assist in the litigation and employment department. Liz holds an A level in law, a law degree and a postgraduate diploma in law which she completed whilst working full time.
